• Grape seeds carry fixed oil between %5-20 ratios in their structure, depending on climatic conditions, grape variety and ripeness.
• Grape seed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, especially Linoleic and Oleic acid.
• The saturated fatty acids in its composition rarely exceed % 15. In other words, it is highly unsaturated.
• It contains high amounts of Vitamin E and therefore has antioxidant properties.
